Tiffany Roubert is a French photographer based in London, working primarily with analog and alternative photographic processes. Her practice moves between photography and painting, translating memory and emotion rather than literal representation.
In an age of infinite images, I choose to make fewer, by hand. Cyanotype allows me to slow down, to let light and chemistry shape the work, and to embrace imperfections as part of the story. Photography here is no longer just about the image, but the object. Each print takes time, carries its own flaws, and can never be repeated. It feels closer to memory than to photography.
Each print is slow, tactile, and unrepeatable, reflecting her desire to step away from digital manipulation and embrace the imperfect beauty of handmade art.
